Peel. Place. Dissolve.
Open one individual packet. Place the strip on your tongue and let it dissolve. Maximum one QUICKSTATE strip per day, whichever pack you choose.

Peel.
Open one sealed packet at the peel tab. There is one strip inside.

Place.
Remove the strip from its packet and place it on your tongue.

Dissolve.
Let the strip dissolve. No mixing, brewing or drink required.

Know what to open.
Every QUICKSTATE tin contains 30 sealed individual packets. QUICKSTATE branding is on the tin; the packets use standard supplier packaging.
Single, Duo and Trio contain the same strips. Buying more tins does not change the daily directions.
Dissolution is part of using the format. It is not a timer for when caffeine takes effect.

Each QUICKSTATE strip contains 50 mg caffeine, 30 mg L-theanine and 1,000 mcg vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin.
Count other caffeine sources, including coffee, tea, energy drinks and supplements. Do not take extra strips to match the caffeine in another product.
