Information used to provide the service
When you contact us, we receive the details you send. When you order, Shopify checkout collects the information needed for your purchase, such as contact, delivery, billing and payment information. We and our service providers use order details to process payments, fulfill orders, provide support and handle refunds. Hosting and commerce providers may process device, connection and security logs to operate the service.
Service providers
Our storefront is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Shopify provides checkout and commerce services. Supliful and delivery carriers receive the order and delivery details needed to prepare and deliver purchases. Payment providers process payment information. Our storefront code does not receive or store your full payment card number. Providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
Analytics and advertising
The OpenAI advertising pixel is not active on this landing site. If you allow ad measurement in Privacy choices, we retain the existing OpenAI ad reference in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes and pass it to our Shopify checkout. We do not create a reference, read form fields or send purchase events from the landing site. We remember your privacy choice locally for up to 180 days. Declining, withdrawing permission or enabling Global Privacy Control stops this handoff and removes the locally retained reference. Pack selection and campaign parameters may also accompany an order. Shopify separately manages checkout privacy choices and eligible commerce events through the connected ChatGPT Ads app; a choice here does not automatically change your Shopify choice. You can shop without allowing this optional handoff.
Use, retention and protection
Information is used to operate the store, fulfill purchases, respond to requests, prevent misuse and meet recordkeeping obligations. We retain it for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable requirements. We restrict access to people and providers who need it, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Processing may take place in the United States and other countries where our team or providers operate.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, or to limit particular uses. Email agus@zasdigital.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and will respond as applicable law requires. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the message’s unsubscribe option; necessary order and service communications can continue. Shopify’s own privacy requests can also be made through its Privacy Portal.
Children and updates
The store and product are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information. We will update this notice when practices change and show the date of the revision.
