QUICKSTATE ENERGY is a cranberry caffeine strip with 50 mg caffeine per strip. Each one is individually wrapped; 30 come in a tin.
You peel open a packet, place one strip on your tongue and let it dissolve. There is no mixing, brewing or drink required.
“Caffeine strip” describes the format, not a standard formula. Ingredients, caffeine amounts and directions can differ between brands. Read the label of the product you choose.
